Up to £30,000 per annum plus commission.
Your role:
* Assist in achieving growth and hitting sales targets through effective supervision of the sales team.
* Assist in setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
* Help to empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and roles.
* Foster a spirit of teamwork keeping morale high.
* Represent the company's overall business strategies and work to implement and effect change in the daily working environment.
* Raise and track system incidents, escalating when SLAs are threatened.
* Responsible for aiding in recruitment and training of personnel.
* Work with the senior management team and performance feedback to adjust the day's plan at the morning buzz meeting.
* Attend planning and capacity meetings to ensure the team is prepared for the week ahead and take on board all lessons learnt from the previous week.
* Create work rotas and supervise the sales team attendance tracker.
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly controls and checks where applicable. Escalate and remediate control failures when they arise.
* Be risk aware, escalating new risks that materialise, aiming to introduce optimised and preventative controls without delay.
* Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements:
* Must hold a driving license and have access to own car.
* You must have a background in sales and a PROVEN track record in accomplishing and surpassing targets through great training.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
