Our Children's Home in Hingham is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker. We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to join our support team. In this role, you will support young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care. You will also assist the Registered Manager in running a successful staff team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home.

Our Children's Home is located in a quiet rural setting in Norfolk. We are a therapeutic and nurturing home supporting young people aged 11 to 18 with learning difficulties, mental health needs, and emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Requirements include:
* A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare
* Previous experience in residential childcare
