Key Responsibilities Provide strategic vision and direction for the Geography department, setting the agenda for its ongoing development and curriculum enhancement. Lead a team of dedicated Geography teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that engage and inspire students, promoting a love of Geography and fostering curiosity about the world. Oversee the effective use of resources and departmental budget, ensuring efficient and impactful allocation. The Ideal Candidate Holds a relevant teaching qualification and a minimum of three years' experience in a secondary school setting.
