Our client is looking for experienced project support workers to assist with providing high support accommodation, with options for tailored, specialist provision; onsite activity and multiagency support. This service will be a genuine place of opportunity. You will be part of a team, tasked with developing, shaping and evaluating the service to meet the unique needs and aspirations of clients, including those who are actively using substances, have a dual diagnosis or mental health conditions, or have experienced multiple exclusions from services.
We work closely with the local authority with the aim of ending the need to sleep rough or use insecure or temporary accommodation. We offer a personalised approach to work with people to manage risk and reduce associated harm from substance use and multiple exclusion. This accommodation will provide a vital opportunity to each individual, to provide a path away from homelessness.
