Job summary 3 Month Secondment Opportunity. Part time 15 hours (weekend working) with potential for additional hours. NEECS are currently looking for an experienced ACP on a secondment basis. This is an exciting development opportunity for a 3 month secondment into an ACP role covering Great Tey Ward. The CDG is seeking a collaborative and compassionate practitioners who are curious and proactive in their vision to improve outcomes for our patient population. The post sits within the community hospital and older adult CDG. Main duties of the job The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will use a high degree of autonomy and complex decision making alongside demonstrating the four pillars of practice, Clinical Practice, Leadership and Management, Education and Research in providing healthcare that enables innovative solutions to enhance experience and improve outcomes within their speciality area. The ACP is accountable for independent clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice. This encompasses a comprehensive assessment of patients with diverse minor injury, minor illness and urgent presentations and develop working diagnosis and treatment plans whilst working without direct supervision.
