CISBOT Tech II Operator ULC Robotics International, Inc. – United Kingdom ULC works with utilities across the UK and US to develop and deploy robotic, inspection and unmanned aerial systems. This unique opportunity allows you to work within a dynamic environment among some of the brightest minds in the field. As our field work starts to return with the use of CISBOT and diversify with new R&D field trials, we are looking to continue to invest in and develop our current workforce. We plan to expand our UK team and bring additional systems into operation in the UK in 2022, making the development and promotion of our workforce a critical part of continuing to expand our operational footprint and outputs in the UK & EMEA markets. We are currently seeking a Tech II Operator to work as a key member of the UK Operations team on all of our current and future field systems. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Work as a key member in a dynamic team and manage engineering, technical and operational aspects of our proprietary Hi Tech Robotic Systems; • Assist the CISBOT Team Lead to coordinate team members and sub-contractors on site • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and basic field repairs of system components; • Represent our company at the job site by interfacing with clients during site visits; manage client expectations • Hold, or be willing to complete training to obtain the required site competencies to support field operations. e.g. SCO, NCO and NRSWA • Act as the SCO Competent Person on site once the required qualifications have been obtained • Act as the CDM Principle Coordinator on site • Generate field reports and other required documentation as needed; • Ensure all system components are well maintained and prepared for daily operations; monitor inventory of spare parts, perform daily system testing and routine maintenance; and • Provide suggestions to maximize the efficiency of our operation and for technology modifications which will benefit system uptime and productivity • Other reasonable duties identified by the ULC Management team Job Requirements – Candidates must have the following: • Must be in good standing with the company • Willingness to learn and operate all ULC systems • Meet the Competency Requirements for a Tech II CISBOT Technician • Ability to travel as needed to various work locations • Exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Maintain a safe work environment • A valid UK driving license • Be willing and able to operate in front of ULC’s client base to support field trial and promotional activities • Other duties as assigned
