Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently supporting one of our valued clients in their search for 2 dedicated Internal Sales Coordinators.
The company is a well-known Bathroom Manufacturer based in Hull. This is a full-time role with working hours being Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work from their office base full time.
Purpose of the role
To ensure high levels of service are delivered to meet and exceed customer expectations, including delivering all pre-agreed business objectives, whilst increasing general sales and customer interaction.
Principal Accountabilities
* Receive incoming sales enquiries from new and existing customers and action accordingly.
* Investigate proactive sales leads and undertake market intelligence for upcoming potential projects.
* Maintain relationships and generate new relationships with existing customers and clients.
* Make sales appointments and produce new sales leads and opportunities.
* Review new enquiries and process these via the company's CRM platform.
* Keep records and update all customer and client contact information onto the company's CRM system.
* Liaise with client contacts on behalf of the Sales Team and Business Development Managers.
* Create a meaningful and professional bond by factoring customer feedback and survey reviews to develop client relationships.
* Develop and manage specific portfolios of enquiry leads and opportunities by registering new projects and organizing administrative duties.
* Use selling tools, relationships, and avenues of communication to generate new jobs and opportunities.
Conditions of Role
* 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C, including Maths and English or equivalent.
* Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
* High level of numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous selling/customer service background.
* Administrative/office duties including using Microsoft Office software.
* Delivering business performance objectives.
* Ability to form and maintain strong business relationships.
* Customer focused.
* Working on own initiatives and alongside others.
* Outstanding work ethic and self-driven.
* Problem solving/analytical thinking.
* Planning and organizing.
