A fantastic role acting as the initial point of contact for customers both by phone and in person. You will maintain an excellent service level to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
A normal day would include:
1. Taking incoming and making outgoing calls
2. Updating the system with accurate notes
3. Pre-call and reminder phone calls
4. Meeting and greeting customers on the day
5. Ensuring customer contact details are captured
6. Agreeing and organising collection times
7. Providing customer updates throughout the day
8. Upselling from health checks
9. Discussing benefits of service plans
10. Customer collection and explanation of works performed
11. Follow-up activity to ensure an excellent customer experience
12. Being a team player and displaying a positive attitude towards teamwork, team members, and callers
How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. From an employer perspective, you will be assigned a mentor who will train and coach you through the Service Advisor role, starting with the basics of customer booking and appointments, learning the dealer computer systems, progressing to job shadowing with customers face to face, ultimately towards the end of the apprenticeship having your own customers to manage through the entire journey.
