Customer Service Administrator
Based at Kingmoor, Carlisle
37 hours per week | Salary £24,700

Do you have:
* Experience in an administration-type role
* Experience in a customer-service environment
* Good IT skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Role Purpose:
Provide customer service support to the Cumbria Waste Recycling (CWR) customer base; building relationships with customers (and colleagues) to achieve goals; delivering a great customer experience whilst balancing and supporting the administrative needs of the business. Carry out a range of administrative tasks that will support the Customer Service Team Leader, RCV Transport and Sales teams.
