About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals and make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have autism spectrum conditions and complex needs.
What You'll Do
* Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals at our Blackpool service, promoting independence and well-being.
* Contribute to the delivery of a range of activities and programmes designed to promote social inclusion and community engagement.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, preferably in a supported living or outreach setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, if required.
