We are seeking a motivated Head Office Finance Assistant to support our Financial Controller in managing the internal financial reporting and control environment for approximately 20 Head Office and International entities. This role will include responsibilities such as preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of subsidiary statutory accounts, contributing to our financial accuracy and accountability. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial management and reporting, we’d love to hear from you What you’ll be doing: - Assist in producing the monthly management accounts using accruals, prepayments and intercompany recharge processes at month end using SAP - Balance sheet control accounts reconciliations - Month end reporting and data analysis - Assistance with cash flow forecasting on a monthly basis - Work with the Financial Accounting Team to constantly seek for improvements in the monthly reporting process - Assist with the preparation and review of the statuary accounts using OneSource (no previous knowledge of OneSource required training will be provided). - Liaise with Tax to obtain tax notes for the accounts.
