Catering Services About the role We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Catering Supervisors to support the Catering Supervisor in various busy primary school kitchens. With high standards, you will be hands on, providing and delivering the school meals catering service. You will be required to assist the Catering Supervisor in the preparation of all meals and special diets and will also be required to cover for them in their absence after relevant training. The tasks will include additional duties within the kitchen and dining areas to working alongside other team members in providing a high-quality level of service. You will be provided with a uniform, training and the opportunity to gain an NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Catering after a qualifying period. The hours of work are 20 - 22 hours 30 minutes per week, working Monday to Friday, term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements, plus 2 mandatory training days. The salary is Grade 4, 12,290 - 13,826 per annum. We welcome applications from men who are currently under-represented in this area of work.
