Solo placement for one child aged 6–11 on admission with EBD, trauma, and ACEs
Qualifications Required:
* Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management (achieved or willing to work towards)
Experience in Years Required:
At least 3 years in management roles within a children’s residential setting

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Registered Manager who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children. You will have a proven track record with Ofsted, a strong understanding of the legislative framework surrounding residential childcare, and experience leading and developing a team. The ideal candidate will embrace therapeutic parenting principles and foster a culture where children are respected, heard, and supported in overcoming their past traumas.
