Salary: In the range of £45,000 - £52,650 WTE dependent on experience.
Working Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week

Phoenix Health PCN is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, business-driven Network Manager. Our PCN is made up of 3 GP Practices: Unity Health, Cross Keys, and Haddenham Medical Centre, providing services for approximately 47,000 patients.
Main Duties of the Job
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills to develop and manage the future strategic direction of our Primary Care Network. The candidate will manage aspects of the PCN such as finance, HR, recruitment, and digital transformation, with the responsibility for data collection, analysis, and reporting feedback. Strong knowledge and skills in project management and business development are required.
The successful candidate will join a growing network of care coordinators, social prescribers, health and wellbeing coaches, clinical pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians, becoming a key leader in driving the network forward as an experienced manager.
Essential Experience
* 3+ years management experience
* Experience in the Health Care Sector at Management level
* Proficient IT, strategic planning, and budget management skills
* Strong knowledge of HR
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, innovative, and professional management support to the PCN Clinical Director and Board to ensure effective operation and strategic development.
* Understand the PCN Network DES and develop/implement services to meet its requirements.
* Develop and maintain a business plan for the PCN.
* Manage existing contracts and services.
* Ensure the network operates within the agreed budget.
* Deliver cost-effective services within agreed budgets.
* Ensure fair distribution of resources across PCN practices.
* Maintain professional and clinical standards.
* Work with clinical leaders to deliver quality service and performance targets.
* Ensure effective governance to manage quality, safety, and risk.
