About the Role:
Reporting to the SHEQ Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of all aspects of Health & Safety Management across Uniserve Group sites. Your flexibility and proactive approach will be essential as you handle a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting SHEQ Training: Assist the SHEQ Training Manager with arranging H&S training courses and generating reports.
Contractor Control: Coordinate and report on the contractor control process, including permits, for all contractors visiting our Group sites.
Induction Reporting: Coordinate induction reporting.
Document Review: Coordinate the review of H&S documentation.
DSE Assessments: Manage DSE assessments across group sites.
Audit Facilitation: Facilitate compliance with all necessary audits as directed by the H&S Team.
Documentation Management: Maintain all relevant SHEQ documentation, including management of the SharePoint environment. Support the SHEQ Analyst with the SHEQ Portal & BI platforms. Process and coordinate Employee Liability Claims.
Equipment Management: Coordinate statutory inspections for all group equipment and liaise with Group insurance. Integrate equipment systems data to produce compliance and performance reports.
Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly reports as agreed with the management team.
