We are seeking talented and motivated Chef de Partie professionals to join the catering team at Radley College, a prestigious boarding school. In this role, you will prepare high-quality meals for students and staff, contributing to both daily service and special events. Working as part of a dedicated team of 14 chefs, you will balance speed, efficiency, and creativity to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the preparation of approximately 2,500 meals per day, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality in a volume catering environment.
2. Support the delivery of high-quality hospitality for events and functions at the College.
3. Work collaboratively within a team of 14 chefs, reporting to senior members such as the Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Sous Chefs.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume catering environment.
2. Proven experience in volume catering with the ability to balance efficiency and creativity.
3. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices in hygiene and safety.
4. Creativity and flair for producing high-quality dishes, with the ability to adapt to both large-scale catering and hospitality needs.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills to thrive in a busy kitchen.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
7. A relevant culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 / 3) is preferred but not essential if supported by strong experience.
8. Flexibility to work a 5 / 7 shift pattern and reliable transportation due to location.
