We are looking to strengthen our Delivery team with a Document Controller based in either Derby or Coleshill with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Contracts Manager and your role will support the end to end governance process and assist with project takeover. You will liaise with site and project based staff, ensuring retrieval of accurate documentations from key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Takes lead in for Document Control for designated projects
2. Setting up of projects (access electronic filing etc) on Sharepoint etc
3. Point of contact for queries regarding Documents on BMS
4. Trains / coaches team on BMS and Document control
5. Coordinates flow of docs from PreCon-Design-Construction-Handover/Commissioning
6. Manages and maintains the project document & drawing register
7. Carries out QA checks on documentation prior to uploading
8. Uploads documents onto the relevant systems and manage the responses and circulates to the Project Team for action
9. Attends monthly Doc control meetings internally and externally.
10. Attends project progress meetings
11. Runs RAG reports
