Salary: Up to £11,897.60 DOE
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an account administrator. You will be required to act as the first point of contact for client accounts queries, responsible for invoicing and payment allocations, and other administration and accounts tasks.
Reception duties include answering phone calls, processing emails, booking vet appointments, and promoting healthcare options.

The Kingston Veterinary Group has a wide client base of small animal, farm, and equine clients in both Somerset and Dorset. Our clinic is located in the market town of Sherborne, half an hour's drive from the Jurassic Coast.
The perfect fit
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with some administrative experience. To be considered for this role you will need to have exceptional organisation and communication skills, and also be competent in using most computer systems.
Your working pattern
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week across a variety of shifts, with some involvement in the Saturday morning rota.
