Accounts Administrator Annual Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 Location: Ipswich, Suffolk Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established family firm. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of Accounts & Admin tasks and the ability to manage a small office environment.The successful candidate will be part of a forward-thinking business that takes pride in delivering high-quality construction projects. Day-to-day of the role: ? Handling purchase and sales ledger activities.? Managing company credit card payments and resolving any outstanding credit queries.? Conducting credit control and completing VAT returns.? Filing all necessary paperwork and ensuring compliance, particularly with CIS requirements.? Preparing weekly and monthly payroll, including expenses.? Generating monthly company and project reports.? Assisting in weekly cash flow management and tracking project income.? Office management duties, including meeting and greeting visitors.? Adding job cards to the system and supporting the construction manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: ?
