Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Sapphire House, Walton-on-the-Hill, Surrey KT20 7RU (HQ based)

The Role: We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to lead our finance team and act as the primary finance partner for the National Operations Director and the contract management teams. This is a key role where you will drive financial performance, manage two direct reports (a Finance Business Partner and a Finance Assistant), and support both business operations and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of reviewing and issuing monthly contract P&Ls, providing analysis and commentary to offer insights for contract management.
* Lead and develop a team consisting of a Finance Business Partner and a Finance Assistant.
* Maintain and update accurate costings for contracts and sites.
* Ensure accuracy in revenue billing and the profitability of additional services provided to customers.
* Support new business tenders by providing financial analysis and insight.
* Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts to assist with financial planning.
* Maintain ongoing communication with operations teams and clients to identify risks and opportunities early.
* Provide ad-hoc financial support as needed by the Finance Director.

About You
Candidate Profile: We are looking for a dynamic finance professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills who is eager to support business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
* Strong understanding of monthly accounting processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
