Walker & Sloan are recruiting for an Estimator to join a reputable contractor known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction projects across the region. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a thriving business with a strong project pipeline.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders.
* Analysing drawings, specifications, and contracts.
* Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Supporting bid submissions and contract negotiations.
🔹 Requirements:
* Experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of pricing and tendering processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
