Customer Service Administrator - Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in Telford for a permanent Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator. Based in Telford, this full-time role is in a busy, small, but crucial area of the business.
The role is supporting manufacturing in handling a large volume of orders that come through, ensuring they are processed accurately and also providing more general admin support to the sales team and providing information for the customers.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
1. Receiving, collecting, checking and inputting of all daily received sales orders
2. Prompt and positive delivery of order acknowledgements with correct prices, part numbers and realistic delivery dates
3. Maintain and update customer records / profiles on the internal CRM system
4. Receiving and recording any relevant customer feedback
5. Confirming stock availability
6. Handling customer enquiries
7. Creating and sending out invoices
8. KPI reporting
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have previous experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You'll be used to handling and processing orders, have a high level of attention to detail, be well-organised, have an excellent telephone manner, be IT literate and have the ability to work unsupervised.
The site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Market Drayton, Newport, Perton and Shifnal.
