Position: Management Level 5 Apprenticeship Coach
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri)
Location: Midlands region
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pa (depending on experience & qualifications)
Are you an Apprenticeship Coach looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking to recruit a Management Level 5 Apprenticeship Coach to be based in the Midlands region. About the role:
The post holder will work closely with Apprentice learners coaching them to develop and improve their knowledge, skills, and behaviors, unlocking their potential to maximize their performance. You will ensure effective curriculum implementation through preparing schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans considering employer requirements and progression aspirations. The post holder will work alongside employers understanding the business needs and company vision for their apprentice and growth. You will conduct engaging training, teaching, learning, and coaching sessions through Google Meets and support learners with face-to-face visits each quarter to provide training and support, review progress, and set targets. Conducting End Point Assessment mock visits to ensure the learner is gateway ready.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop the abilities, knowledge, skill, behaviors, and confidence of each learner through coaching, training, and assessment.
2. Plan individual learner journeys in line with the apprentices' learning requirements.
3. Forge strong working relationships with apprentices, mentors, line managers, and other key stakeholders.
4. Support the implementation and development of functional skills with learners.
5. Manage and support apprentice and employer on planning and achievement of “off the job” training.
6. Deliver outstanding teaching and learning to learners, progressing the learner to End Point assessment.
7. Develop delivery to maximize progression opportunities for learners.
Requirements:
1. Teaching, learning, and assessment experience.
2. Recognized Level 5 or above in Leadership and Management.
3. At least 3 years industry occupational competence.
4. 1 year’s experience of delivering new apprenticeship standards.
5. Assessor qualification (TA element of TAQA or D32/D33 or A1) - Desirable.
6. Level 2 Maths, English functional skills or equivalent GCSE level.
7. Full, clean UK Driving License.
