They are experts in their field, helping clients find their perfect holiday. We’re expanding and seeking confident, personable, and passionate individuals to be part of our team. What you'll get up to Our Personal Travel Advisors are responsible for providing holiday quotations and converting them into bookings, whilst providing advice and support predominantly via phone and email. Our Personal Travel Advisors will need to build rapport with customers by providing professional, informative, and friendly responses to enquires, remaining professional, courteous and conscientious throughout. You will work in a fast-paced and target driven environment. You'll be required to retain knowledge about destinations, hotels and booking systems providing our customers with the best service possible. Your responsibilities will include upholding our company values within every aspect of your duties, delivering exceptional experiences both internally and externally; along with identifying customer needs and matching them with their dream product, upselling at every opportunity and striving to convert every quote into a booking What we're looking for Our values are at the core of everything we do—they shape our decisions, drive our interactions, and define our culture. About this role Location Office Based (Trentham, Stoke on Trent) Salary Starting salary from £24,000. Additional earnings for all your bookings plus generous bonus opportunity upon achievement of realistic business targets. Hours Full [37.5] and Part Time [20] Shifts to include every other weekend & evenings. All shifts will be split over five days (flexible options available) Our Sales Team operates Monday - Sunday, including bank holidays. Saturday shifts 8.45-6pm Sunday shifts 10am-5pm.
