Your New Role:
We are looking for motivated coordinators who love problem-solving and are eager to apply their skills in a new environment. We currently have two vacancies in our Coordination team: a full-time and a part-time position.
Full-Time Position:
* Ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time, provided by people who care, to help them remain living in their own homes.
* Provide guidance and assistance to our Support Workers in the field.
* Complete health and wellbeing reports, incident reports, and document complaints and compliments, as well as conduct initial investigations.
Part-Time Position:
* Suitable for someone seeking school hours.
* Manage rosters for our gardening and maintenance team.
* Provide support and guidance to the gardening and maintenance teams, as well as the support workers.
Both roles will require you to have excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and funding bodies, organize and confirm services, and manage any changes. You will use GoldCare scheduling software to allocate support workers for tasks ranging from house cleaning to high needs personal care to gardening services.
