We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment to join our team on a
12 month fixed term contract .
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of H&B&Me features, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project and delivery management skills,
an ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a keen focus on customer value. It has more of an emphasis on the business, non-technical delivery aspects although a good understanding of the technical delivery and close liaison is required to successfully
deliver the required outcomes.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
Lead and manage the end-to-end deliverables of initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality and budgets.
Identify and mitigate risks to project success, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
Employ both agile and waterfall frameworks to facilitate efficient project delivery and adapt to changing priorities
Understand the primary and secondary critical paths to plan correctly and flag when off track
Proactively manage the change into the business so it is engaging, and adoption is a positive experience.
Work closely with and co-ordinate with 3rd party delivery partners
so external and internal teams are aligned

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Science, Data, Marketing, Stores plus other areas depending on the need, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Lead and collaborate with Product and Technical delivery teams, including product owners, developers, designers, content, and stakeholders to ensure successful and smooth delivery of roadmaps.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.

Stakeholder Management:
Present project progress, risks, and opportunities in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders
Proactively build an internal network of subject matter experts that can help guide and at times deliver parts of the project
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and alignment of project objectives with organisational goals.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of performance and reliability, including around third parties

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement & share best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within H&B&Me and the wider business
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Location:
This role can be based in London or Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to other Hubs or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in
the office.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
Significant experience in project management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle rapidly changing priorities.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Miro)
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
