Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work with one of their market-leading clients for a remote position.
This Marketing Manager role is ideal for individuals experienced in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll take ownership of both internal and external marketing activities and work closely with business leaders to support the company’s objectives.
Principal Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
1. Own and manage all internal & external marketing activities for our client.
2. Develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
3. Drive and suggest marketing campaigns to support sales activities.
4. Compile and own the company’s marketing budget, track monthly spend, and present annually for budget sign-off.
5. Create and publish all marketing materials in line with international marketing plans, including bespoke market needs.
6. Develop and manage the company’s websites across UK, N.A., and ANZ markets, ensuring regional nuances are reflected.
7. Develop and lead the communications strategy for the company.
8. Develop and lead the company’s social media strategy.
9. Plan and implement promotional campaigns in line with market sales heads.
10. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and proactively suggesting options and improvements.
11. Manage brand management and corporate identity strategy.
12. Prepare online and printed marketing campaigns.
13. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications by market.
14. Create a wide range of marketing materials.
15. Manage external marketing business partners, including copy, design, photography, website, digital, and PR agencies, and manage new product launch campaigns.
16. Develop and maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant functions are kept informed of marketing objectives, activities, and results.
17. Proactively suggest and analyse potential strategic partner relationships for marketing opportunities.
18. Manage SEO and PPC performance, ensuring results align with agreed KPIs; work closely with the digital agency to identify opportunities and provide regular business updates.
19. Plan and implement the company email marketing program.
20. Develop best practices for the use of the company CRM system to help achieve marketing goals.
21. Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR regulations.
Person Specification for the Marketing Manager:
22. Proactive, confident self-starter.
23. Comfortable working at both the macro and micro level to deliver business requirements.
24. Able to work independently across internal & external teams to deliver goals.
25. Excellent communication skills.
26. Strong knowledge and experience in SEO and PPC.
27. Copywriting and/or editing experience.
28. High attention to detail.
29. Marketing Manager-level experience, preferably in B2B.
