We are looking for a Insight Manager – Digital Analytics, to join our Analytics & Customer Insight team at Tesco Bank. This exciting role will report to the Head of Customer Insight & Foresight and manage a team of Digital Analysts who work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers to analyse data, identify insights and opportunities to develop exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value. What you’ll be doing •Strategy: Lead the development and delivery of our Digital Analytics strategy across data collection, analysis and insight. •Data collection and management: Manage analytics tools and platforms. Ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and integration across digital channels. •Data analysis and interpretation: Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights. Interpret data to inform decision-making and optimise digital journeys. •Reporting and visualization: Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. Use data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable and accessible manner. •Performance optimisation: Identify opportunities for improving website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. •Strategic planning and forecasting: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve business goals. Forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data and market analysis. •Collaboration and communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align analytics with overall business objectives. Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively. •Compliance and data governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality and integrity. We need you to have •Substantial Digital Analytics experience in a related industry. •Previous experience in a leadership role and working with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders. •Experience working with Digital Analytics partners, technologies, and tools, demonstrating ability to define and deliver new functionality / capability. •Strong communications skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate analysis and insights to a range of audiences across the business. •Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives and ability to align plans to these. •A relentless customer focus, ensuring our Digital Analytics strategy delivers develop exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value. •Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced organisation, aligning the Digital Analytics team around activities that add most value. And if you have any of these, even better •Previous Financial Services experience. •Experience of working with Adobe Analytics, Medallia DXA, Ensighten Tag Management System and Maxymiser Testing and Optimisation. •Experience working in an agile change environment.
