We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant based in Chesterfield town centre.
This will be working over the days of Monday to Friday, between the times of 08:00 am and 17:30 pm, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
The role will involve:
1. Being the first point of contact for incoming calls.
2. Sourcing candidates and reviewing CVs.
3. Registering candidates.
4. Completing DVLA licence checks and Right To Work checks.
5. Creating candidate CVs and profiles.
6. Setting up new starters, ensuring all candidates are compliant.
Previous experience required:
1. Microsoft Excel experience.
2. Experience dealing with high volume incoming calls.
3. Data entry.
What we need from you:
1. Ability to work with others in an office-based environment.
2. Be a people person - confidence speaking to people over the phone and in person.
3. Ability to work on your own initiative to achieve set targets.
4. Punctual and reliable.
5. Having a driving licence is preferable but not essential.
