Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support to students. Assist with classroom activities, personal care, and behavior management. Help pupils develop their social, emotional, and academic skills. Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each student. What We’re Looking For: A caring and patient individual with a genuine passion for working with children with SEN. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
