Ideally, you will be familiar with planning, infrastructure and development funding and have a good working understanding of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations and Section 106 (S106) contributions or will have strong transferable skills and an interest/understanding in new development delivery that would make you a good candidate for this role.
