Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ENT Outpatient team, based at The James Cook University Hospital (JCUH). We welcome applicants with ENT experience, though not essential, as full training will be given. An induction programme and supernumerary period allows staff to build their confidence and skills in a highly specialised area. You will be working as part of a caring and compassionate team, whilst being supported by the multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job Applicants must demonstrate effective communication skills, be enthusiastic, well motivated and share commitment to team working. You will be expected to: Deliver Aural care clinics. Deliver Tracheostomy clinics. Support the Medical team in our Emergency Care Clinic. Assisting and support any admissions to the ward. Assist with any telephone enquiries relating to a patient's treatment. Deputise in the absence of the Dept Manager and Clinical Sister, showing leadership and expertise.
