Job Description
1. Ensure compliance with company policies;
2. Ensure all data entry is accurate and completed in time;
3. Responsible for record keeping and report generation;
4. Determine and execute the critical path for individual transactions and proactively ensuring execution in a timely fashion by all parties involved;
5. Support relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with our services;
6. Escalate problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution;
7. Analyse data spreadsheets to extract relevant information;
8. Ensure confidentiality of data.
The Successful Applicant
1. A degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field;
2. Intermediate Excel skills and willing to learn more;
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills;
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software;
6. A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
