What you'll do: As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out various accounting and administrative tasks. Your primary role will involve ensuring that financial transactions are carried out, recorded, and controlled in an accurate, timely, and secure manner. You will manage the expense process system, reconcile balance sheets, review flight bookings, assist with currency management, and process invoices. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining accuracy across all tasks. Processing of monthly Corporate Credit Card statements Managing the expense process system Monthly reconciliation of relevant Balance Sheet Reviewing all flight bookings ensuring they have been correctly approved and allocated Assisting the Treasury function with currency management as required Processing of monthly management accounts based on detailed information provided by overseas offices Processing of invoices and payments related with Qwest Maritime Limited What you bring: The ideal Accounts Assistant candidate will bring a strong academic background with GCSE's in Maths and English at a minimum of grade 5. You are confident, enthusiastic, and possess a keen eye for detail. Your proficiency in MS Excel coupled with your ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues sets you apart. You have a deep interest in accounting and finance, and are eager to further your skills through training and development. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while dealing with high volumes of data is essential.
