Your expertise in delivering high-quality administrative support will be essential to the success of the team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for client queries relating to pensions, investments, and protection, as well as liaising with product providers. You will also handle a wide range of general administrative tasks to ensure exceptional service is provided to clients and colleagues alike. Location: Belfast Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm (35 hours per week, including a one-hour break) Salary: £28,000 - £35,000, based on experience and qualifications Requirements The ideal candidate will already have experience in a Financial Planning environment and demonstrate professionalism, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills. You should be confident in liaising with third parties and possess the following attributes: Familiarity with financial platforms and back-office systems (e.g., IO). Ability to draft and proofread business correspondence with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and a flexible approach to managing change. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Wealth Management activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to: Managing client communications, both written and verbal. Processing new business applications. Preparing client review packs. Coordinating client meetings and maintaining advisers schedules. Producing illustrations and managing related requests. Ensuring all financial planning administration complies with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate and well-organised client records. Handling phone calls and queries professionally. Providing general back-office support as needed. This role may involve additional responsibilities deemed appropriate to support the needs of the business. Leadership and Team Management (Optional, based on experience) Support the recruitment and onboarding, of paraplanners and administrative staff. Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify professional development opportunities for team members.
