Business Development Executive

Your Role:
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Head of Sales, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by:
1. Identifying opportunities by researching and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including emails, calls, and social media
2. Engaging prospects through initiating meaningful conversations to understand clients’ needs and demonstrate how our solutions can help
3. Collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth handoff and maximise conversion rates
4. Tracking success through maintaining accurate records in our CRM and reporting on key metrics
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven success in a telemarketing/sales B2B environment, ideally within the technology sector or an MSP
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Expertise with tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism
4. A natural relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels
5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritise workloads effectively
6. A passion for connecting with people and building relationships

Salary: £32,500 per annum plus OTE
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week (Mon to Wed) from our Salford office
