The Role: A managerial role, supporting the firm in its service to private client field. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing and managing the Private Client department, ensuring high-quality legal advice and client care
• Advising clients on a full range of Private Client matters, including:
• Wills and Estate Planning
• Powers of Attorney
• Deputyships
• Probate and Administration of Estates
• Trusts
• Tax and Estate Planning
• General elderly client advice
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
• Managing client relationships and handling complex or high-value cases with sensitivity and professionalism
• Keeping up to date with changes in relevant legislation and case law
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Proven experience in handling a broad range of non-contentious Private Client matters
• Demonstrable leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and support junior team members
• Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership
