Pay: £12.61 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in shift and great benefits
Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join Home Group, one of the UK’s largest housing providers, as a Bank Positive Behaviour Support Worker. You will support our amazing customers while choosing your preferred shifts.
Typical Responsibilities:
* Help customers overcome barriers and lead fulfilling lives.
* Recognize customers' strengths and assist them in achieving their aspirations.
* Support customers using the Positive Behavioural Support model to promote independence and social inclusion.
* Monitor customers’ mental and physical health and manage risks to their wellbeing.
* Provide personal care and behavioral support as needed.
* Receive support from the organization throughout your work.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a Complex Care setting, with a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
* Flexibility to work at short notice.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and services.
* Experience as a Support Worker for individuals with complex needs.
* Patient and adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
* Experience in positive risk management.
Job Details:
* £50 per sleep-in shift.
* Ability to use technology for support plans, mandatory learning, and communication.
* Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us).
