In this critical role, you’ll take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with food safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Your leadership will protect our customers, elevate our brand, and support continuous improvement across the site. Your Role and Key Responsibilities: As the Quality Systems Manager, you will: Lead the site’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with BRC/GFSI standards, retailer codes of practice, and company policies. Manage technical reporting, trending, and customer documentation, including SAQs, KPIs, and surveys. Oversee and lead the site’s Food Safety HACCP system and Internal Audit system, ensuring schedules align with risk assessments and regulatory requirements. Participate in third-party and customer audits, ensuring all action points are addressed promptly. Conduct and review risk assessments, including allergen and microbiological risks, and address emerging food industry issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical and Manufacturing operations. Foster a culture of food safety and health and safety through strong leadership and coaching. Act as a deputy for the Technical Manager when required. What You’ll Need: To excel in this role, you’ll bring: A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Food Manufacturing, or equivalent experience in a similar role. At least 3 years of experience in food safety and quality management. Strong skills in auditing, data management, and systems literacy. A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions. What can we offer you?
