We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Administrator to join our SHEQ (FM) team, to provide full support and work on a variety of tasks across Health & Safety, Quality, Environment and our Compliance Tool ACT. Key Accountabilities for the role will include: Assist ACT Manager with new client set ups Day to day maintenance of all compliance planners across the portfolio Monitor compliance levels and chase for documents where necessary Check all documents for approval on the system, making sure they are accurate Extract all remedial actions and recommendations from original reports and issue via the agreed process Update and amend schedules as required We are looking for an Administrator with data systems experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and some SHEQ knowledge.
