Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Sherborne, Dorset Salary: £13.00 per hour Working Hours: 1:30pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday Duration: Temp-Perm We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and dynamic warehouse team in Sherborne, Dorset. This role involves picking and palletizing frozen and chilled stock using headset technology to fulfill customer orders for next-day delivery. The Job: • Picking and palletizing frozen and chilled stock accurately and efficiently. • Working as part of a large warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace. • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while handling stock. • Adapting to working in both frozen and chilled environments. The Requirements: • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. • Ability to work efficiently in a team in a fast-moving environment. • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. • Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (chilled and frozen). • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a strong work ethic. • Basic English communication skills for order processing and team collaboration.
