About the Role
As part of our continued growth and success, we are excited to be growing our Product & Revenue Team. This position is crucial to the next phase of our company’s development and offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual.
Working closely with the team, you will provide administrative support and accurate data entry across our full range of events and partners. Your role will contribute to the efficient listing, management, and promotion of our products on our website and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
1. Adding and managing product listings, updating prices, and maintaining inventory.
2. Generating, downloading, and uploading reports on product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Creating and refining product descriptions for our e-commerce sites.
4. Regularly updating and managing website content, including text, images, videos.
5. Conducting usability tests and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless customer journey.
6. Assisting internal teams with technical support and troubleshooting, including resolving broken links or system errors.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly skilled in organisation, accuracy, and multitasking. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication skills – able to interact effectively with stakeholders.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience with Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and other MS applications.
* Knowledge of WordPress (preferred but not essential).
* Previous experience using multiple internal systems.
* A positive, enthusiastic approach and a team-player mindset.
Note: Due to the complexity of data entry across multiple systems, prior experience in accurate data entry is essential.
