Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol, United Kingdom. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards across all aspects of our organisation.
8. Support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations and lead the team in their absence

10. Act as a role model for the team, providing training, mentorship, and support for their professional development
11. Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times
12. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving efficiency and achieving business goals
13. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance operations
14. Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and budgeting processes
15. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
