Job ID: 3139 Alternate Locations: United Kingdom-England-Manchester; United Kingdom-England-Cheadle Location: Manchester area (Cheadle) Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, UK&I Cluster Marketing Contract Type: Permanent Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As the Associate Manager, Brand Activation, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to enhance consumer engagement and expand market presence in the UK and Ireland. You will bring our brands like Spontex, Sistema, Contigo to life across various communication channels, develop and deploy consumer promotions, and lead the integrated planning process to ensure excellent execution. You will join a team of three within the UK&I Cluster Marketing Department, which comprises over 20 members. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. Your Key Responsibilities: - Lead market activation, tracking, reporting, and performance optimisation. - Execute annual brand plan activities and manage relationships with external agencies. - Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials. - Support PR activities, including brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR events. - Build and execute annual customer marketing plans for key channels/customers. - Activate brand activities in line with brand identity and guidelines. - Partner with regional marketing for upcoming launches and develop activation plans. - Support best-in-class execution of product launches and localise launch toolkits. - Collaborate with sales on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Line Reviews. What You'll Need Minimum: - University degree (emphasis in business/marketing or related field). - Demonstrated experience in Channel Marketing, Brand Management, Brand Activation or related position in a leading consumer goods company. - Multi-channel experience with a focus on FDM (Food-Drug-Mass) and shopper/consumer understanding. - Advanced analytical skills and computer software proficiency (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) - Familiarity with syndicated data and measures (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, etc.) Your Advantage: - Excellent time and budget management skills. - Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written.
