You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all workstreams, managing a high number of projects from start to finish within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities as HR Project Manager:
1. Effective management of multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring they are executed to the highest quality.
2. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure work is aligned with client requirements and expectations.
3. Providing timely updates and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
4. Forecast team capacity and assign relevant skilled resources, using established processes.
5. Provide detailed reports and analysis of live projects to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Host stand-up meetings and update the team management on progress across all projects, both verbally and in writing.
7. Manage and maintain all projects within Asana, ensuring all workflows are kept updated and accurate.
8. Consider the global element to all projects, ensuring project content is relevant in the countries in which the client operates.
9. Evaluate and measure success and challenges to enhance learning for future projects.
We’re looking for a HR Project Manager with:
1. Proven experience in a Project Manager role or similar position, preferably within a consultancy, Human Resources or professional services environment.
2. Extensive experience of managing projects across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines.
3. Project Management qualification, such as Prince2, Agile or Waterfall.
4. Strong organisational skills and experience in managing HR related projects.
5. Experience and knowledge of Project Management tools and Excel.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
8. A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of the clients.
9. Data analysis and budget management experience.
