About the Role
A leading provider of telecom and IoT connectivity solutions is seeking a Resource Manager to oversee SIM inventory, network resource utilization, and supplier test orders. This role ensures operational excellence by managing mobile network identifiers (IMSI, MSISDN) and working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in telecom resource management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of network & SIM/Profile resources to align with sales forecasts. Track usage metrics and initiate procurement requests as needed.
* Ensure quality assurance of SIM inventory by verifying connectivity before release. Escalate issues to engineering teams for further analysis.
* Manage Jira backlog and tickets related to SIM inventory, SKU tracking, and resource management tasks while maintaining audit trails for SIM orders.
* Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of inventory orders.
* Provide support during troubleshooting calls and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve network and SIM-related issues.
* Balance multiple priorities effectively, ensuring efficient time management and task execution.
* Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices for resource management.
* Maintain strong relationships with partners and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
* Monitor trends in resource utilization, identifying areas for improvement and optimization strategies.
* Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of SIM and network resource management regulations and industry standards.
* Project management experience with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
