Senior Installer – Large Format
* Location: Hertford
* Salary: £37,000–£39,000 DOE
* Basis: Permanent
* Usual Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Working outside of these times could be required depending on nature of the install – paid on overtime rates)
As a Senior Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of graphics/signage day-to-day, from liaising between account managers and production to organising multiple install teams. Delivering exceptional standards of quality on installation is at the core of this role, and therefore a proficiency in power tool use and an ability to communicate and work independently is key.
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Installer
* Signage Installation: Using power tools and access equipment safely and effectively to conduct internal and external signage installations.
* Team Leadership: Developing trainee members of staff and organising multiple install teams.
* Maintenance and Repairs: Maintaining installation equipment/power tools and conducting maintenance and repairs on installations where required.
* Coordination: Coordination of projects, involving the liaison with external contractors and internal installation teams to ensure projects are carried out efficiently.
* Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of finish across all installations, alongside ensuring that the preparation of signage is completed on time and to a high standard.
* Additional Support: Support functions of the business such as the factory/warehouse as and when required.
Key Requirements as a Senior Installer
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence
* Flexibility: Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as required.
* Initiative: Must possess initiative and the ability to problem solve in aid of working independently.
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Skills: Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently.
