We are looking for a Senior Content Executive for a luxury retail brand based in Oxfordshire. The teams are friendly and supportive, there is plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development. The Brand is high end and quintessentially British by nature. It is a lovely product to get your hands on!
The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We need people that can commute to Oxfordshire or live within Oxfordshire.

Senior Content Executive
This position requires a proactive approach to drive the content strategy forward via new idea generation and implementation, a strong SEO foundation, and the ability to foster strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to support marketing campaigns and commercial KPIs.
The Role in a Nutshell:
* Evolving the editorial strategy, increasing focus on digital content that supports the marketing calendar and commercial priorities
* Planning, developing and creating content stories that are underpinned by SEO/ performance objects and:
* Enhancing customer interaction
* Define purpose, pillar, audience and channel matrix for each piece of content
* Planning and creating editorial content plans for the Marketing Calendar, developing ideas for engaging content stories with a consumer first mindset
* Integrate intent-driven (SEO) content into plan, developing and delivering both brief and creative responses intended to drive targeted traffic to our website and seek opportunities to optimise all content to benefit from organic traffic
* Briefing content asset requirements to the in-house Studio Team and third-party creators, ensuring best practices, key learnings and insights are applied
* Tracking performance of all content, sharing reports on KPIs including engagement, assisted sales, visibility and ROI and evolving strategies based on this data
* Work with both our Communications and Paid Media Teams to devise an amplification strategy to support our content plan
* Identifying and implementing content partnerships that effectively deliver our brand message to new audiences
* Building specific partnership marketing content calendars to reflect key programs and product launches. Work directly with our partners to nurture authentic relationships with them
* Budget management of content and influencer activations
* Reporting on ROI and providing recommendations for optimisation
* Monitor competitor and complementary industry activity to ensure brand remains relevant and identify opportunities
The Ideal Candidate :
* Minimum three years previous experience in digital Content is required, preferably with a premium / luxury brand
* A solid understanding of SEO and how content can drive traffic and conversion.
* Strong social media content experience with in-depth understanding of the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the home/interior design space
* A creative mind, thinking innovatively when it comes to content campaigns
* Good analytical understanding to organise and interpret data
* A creative thinker and keen to learn
