As Senior Digital & Data Marketing Manager, you will:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimise performance across multiple channels, including CRM, email, direct mail, and digital platforms.

Marketing Technology & CRM Management – Oversee the performance and effectiveness of marketing technologies such as Dotdigital, CRM systems, and website analytics, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
*
Data-Driven Campaign Optimisation – Leverage data analytics and segmentation to personalise and enhance marketing campaigns, driving engagement, conversions, and fundraising success.
*
SEO & Website Optimisation – Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, user engagement, and organic search performance.
*
Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with internal teams (IT, Content, Fundraising, and Analytics) and external partners to align digital initiatives with organisational goals.

Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) while optimising marketing technologies and digital platforms for growth.
We’re seeking someone with:

Proven Experience in Digital Marketing & Data Analytics – Strong background in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, particularly in the charity or non-profit sector.

CRM & Marketing Automation Expertise – Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data-driven campaign management.

Analytical & Data Interpretation Skills – Ability to interpret complex data, track performance metrics, and use insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.

SEO & Website Management – Knowledge of SEO best practices, website performance analytics, and strategies to increase digital engagement.
*
Stakeholder Management & Communication – Strong skills in engaging internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth digital marketing integration.

Experience in Automated Data Marketing & Optimisation – Familiarity with automated data-driven marketing strategies and continuous improvement methodologies.
