Job summary Senior Medical Secretary - Bank Band 4 A Senior Medical Secretary opportunity (Band 4) is now available within the Urology Secretariat, within the Division of Surgery. Main duties of the job This is a highly diverse, demanding but rewarding role. It is essential that the successful applicant has a recognised secretarial qualification, or has sufficient proven medical secretarial experience, and qualified to a minimum of RSA Stage III (or equivalent). Applicants must have a flexible approach to working practices; have excellent touch typing/word processing skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of medical terminology is an essential requirement, as is significant secretarial experience in a clinical environment, as defined in the person specification along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
